According to a research study conducted by the Container Recycling Institute, people in the U.S. throw away “more than 60 million plastic water bottles” every single day with “most end up in landfills or incinerators, and millions litter America’s streets, parks and waterways.”

How: 
An app that provides a more accessible way to locate nearby bottle recycling centers and incorporates a point-based reward system as an additional form of incentive on top of receiving the bottle deposit refund.
